Systems Insight Manager 5.3 with HPUX managed nodes

Im running SIM 5.3 on Windows with all my managed nodes as HPUX 11iv2 and 11iv3.
Weekly I have scheduled the "Advanced Server Configuration Collection" task and it completes successfully on all nodes.
When the task is run, an alert in generated (in SYSLOG) for each node stating
"pac-lib-cli warning package dynamic is disabled"
Do I need to review the configuration under PAC?
At this time, all Rules/Rule packages are disabled under Proactive Analysis Client.
