Sytems Insight System List Refresh
In Insight Manager 7, the default view that usually shows the All Servers Query used to refresh itself so when the status of servers changed, the icons associated with the servsr used to change without you having to refresh the browser.
In the new Systems Insight, the equivalent seems to be the All Systems List. However I have noticed that it does not refresh itself which means unless you are looking at the bank of 4 status icons that are located towards the top right of the screen (which do refresh) then issues are not obvious and you cannot instantly see which device is at fault. Is there a way of making the All Systems List refresh (or for that matter any list you select as the default Home Page or have open)

Re: Sytems Insight System List Refresh
I don't see this behaviour.
When a System changes state, I see it as an Uncleared Event and as a Status change.
I've configured my home page to display both Uncleared Event Status and System Status Summaries.
I see HPSIM now clears any Uncleared Events if that Event is resolved automatically which I like.

Re: Sytems Insight System List Refresh
Ta for response Rob
I have configured for the Status Overview and although that is a useful view, it didn't refresh when I made a server go offline - I should have seen the Critical Status total increment by one and the normal status decrement by one for the relevant column - as soon as I manually refreshed the browser it did show the correct information
Insight Manager 7 used to auto refresh screens of this nature resulting in the change being visible in the statistics not long after the device or event status change.
