Test Trap sends 2 Alerts

Test Trap and other alerts are being duplicated? Any ideas?

You've got two entries in the SNMP Configuration for the Trap destination?
HPSIM is forwarding them to itself?

You don't mention versions, OS etc.

That's a good idea. I don't on the clients, but the server itself might have two destinations addresses.
