The page cannot be displayed

I am running HPSIM 4.2, at first everything was working fine, but then I started getting the following error: "The page cannot be displayed". This happens after opening HPSIM the first time on any PC. I went to a PC where SIM was never opened, it came up I logged in. When I went back to access it again, I received the subject error message. Has anybody else experience this.
