This has allowed some of our logins to access the System Homepage without having to login to each of the pages. The problem is that not all the logins can do this? Some logins still have to login to the System Homepage.
Where do I look to see what is causing this problem? Do they have to have certain rights within SIM? If so, which rights do I need to grant them.
Solved! Go to Solution.

SolutionYou could try logging into the home pages directly and then under the Settings tab checking the settings. You could also try deleting the existing certificate and using the get certificate feature of the SMH itself to reimport it.
