Unable to find out exact faulty part...

We have a Z400 (VS933AV) workstation with a booting error. Its getting 5 beeps with blinking red lights. I have already checked with changing power supply , memory module & Graphic card. But problem is same.Pls can U help me to find out exact faulty part.
