Upgrade of SIM 5.0

I started my upgrade of SIM 5.0 and it seemed as though all was going well until the database installation. It just stopped there and we received no other errors tellings us what went wrong.
The server OS is Win2003 Standard Sp1. I am using an SQL database.
Attached is the 'initconfig' file...I am not sure what it is telling me about the database.
I am very close to getting this running am I not?
