v4.1 from v4.0 worth the hassle?

I'm currently running SIM v4.0 on a Windows 2003 box, and looking into an upgrade to v4.1. My impresion from the release notes is that the only reason I should upgrade is if I'd like to install SIM on an HP-UX or Linux box, or if I'm currently running IM7. None of these apply to me. The only added feature for folks already running SIM v4.0, according to the release notes, seems to be the ability to install SSH through SIM. An uninstall of v4.0 followed by a fresh install of v4.1 sounds to me like a lot of work with minimal payoff.

My Question:
Is it practical for those of us already on SIM 4.0 to start from scratch for this update, or would it be smarter to wait a bit (did I read August somewhere?) for the appropriate upgrade support?

Another very important feature in 4.1 is the inclusion of the Performance Management Pack and 5 free licenses for it.

I'll defer to the group on the merits of fresh installing it versus waiting until summer (we've only officially said that - I guess this is where we can insert jokes about how long summer is here in Houston, but seriously we'd like it to be sooner rather than later so we're working hard on it.)
Dude, we've been totally misled by our album covers!
