VC Reporistory Manager fails after upgrade

Upgraded recently to the latest version of the VC Repository Manager. Since then we have recieved no updates.

Tried uninstallling completely, rebooting and reinstalling, but same error persists.

Error is below. There is no proxy and Internet connectivity works fine. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Re: VC Reporistory Manager fails after upgrade

This is not a problem with the VCRM. The catalog might be experiencing some problem. Try downloading sometime later.
You can also try installing the latest VCRM on a different machine and check whether it is able to download the support packs.

Re: VC Reporistory Manager fails after upgrade

Thanks. After trial and error I narrowed the problem down the the catalogindex, xml file mentioned in the error.

It was only 25K and did not seem to contain much.

I renamed the XML file, forced an update and things started working right away.

Thanks!
