VCA doesnt show up on homepage, hangs with restart of service

Ive been having some issues with Version Control Agents lately. Version Control no long is displayed on the insight homepage and the service hangs when I try to restart it. I installed PSP 8.60 and FW 9.20. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the VCA.

Any suggestions?
