VCR Clients not able to use DOMAIN\Username for authentication

VCR Clients not able to use DOMAIN\Username for authentication

my server Version Control Repository Agents are still using hte old Administrator/Operator/User username and password format becasue I cannot authenticate using the new DOMAIN\Administrator format. How / where do I check on my VCRM that it is set up to use domain authentication?
