VCRM error after applying the newest PSP

hi,

after i installed the newest psp for windows 2003 server the following error message appears in the windows systemlog :

" Fehlgeschlagene Anwendung vcagent.exe, Version 2.2.0.820, fehlgeschlagenes Modul msvcr80.dll, Version 8.0.50727.762, Fehleradresse 0x00048918.

Weitere Informationen über die Hilfe- und Supportdienste erhalten Sie unter http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp."

It means that the vcagent.exe has a problem with the msvcr80.dll !

Any ideas how to solve these problem ?

The error occurs on any server i've installed the psp !
