VCRM fails towards the end of catalog validation
We have been seeing our VCRM fail during catalog validation intermittently. I tried to upgrade it and that seems to have made it worse. I have removed and reinstalled VCRM, does anyone have other suggestions for how to stabilize VCRM ?
This is VCRM 2.2.830. I did see a suggestion to downgrade to 2.2.1.820, but I can't seem to find it on the HP website.

Re: VCRM fails towards the end of catalog validation
Dean Farrington,
what do you mean by "VCRM fail during catalog validation"?
i assume - VCRM gives "Internal server error"
i think VCRM fail to read/recogonize few files present in your repository folder.
1) uninstall VCRM
2) make sure c:\hp\hpsmh\data\cgi-bin\ don't have "vcrepository" directory[delete if present].
3) Install VCRM, while installing point it to a new repository folder e.g "c:\R1"
5) after installing, browse to VCRM using SMH
6) use "Upload a Support pack" feature,to upload contents of your old repository e.g. "c:\repository" to "c:\R1"
you can delete "c:\repository" if you don't need

Re: VCRM fails towards the end of catalog validation
The VCRM service fails and Windows causes it to restart during catalog validation.
