VCRM HTTP reset

Hey All,

I'm getting this error from my VCRM running on my Insight server:

Event ID Automatic Update
Event Description A repository update has occurred.
Event Data
VCRM log entry: https://:2381/vcrepository/log?entryId=VCRM1094454037
Error for file: cp004958.exe
Error code: 12031
The connection with the server has been reset.

Is this a problem with my server or a problem with the HP site?

Well, I've experienced this a few times - even in the middle of downloading tens of softpaqs it'll throw one out. I have no recognisable connectivity issues that I'm aware, but sometimes have difficulty getting items from the compaq/hp ftp server because of connexion difficulties, so maybe that's it. I normally just ignore the problem and download it from the HP site directly to the repository. If you do this, don't forget to rebuild the repository catalogue.

Yeah it usually fails for a couple of days and then completes.. I'm suspecting a problem on the HP/Compaq server...
