VCRM "lite" options?
I set automatic weekly updates for the VCRM and it works OK. The problem is the sheer volume of softpaqs etc. that accumulate in the repository.
I understand that the catalogue, when built, will parse the "repository" folder and all subfolders to make a current list,so what I want to do is schedule downloads *only* for the HP/Compaq products I look after, as well as them being *only* in English - as it's the working language in IT here.
Is there a way of getting all the available software for a given server without having to download them all individually from hp.com or ftp.compaq? I'd really like to be able to rebuild my repository manually and tidy it up.
One last thing - May I add this feature to the current wish list for the next major update of SIM? I think it would benefit a lot of people - per-product downloads and selective updating of VCRM for the product(s) and language(s) of choice.
As always, any help or advice gratefully received!

Re: VCRM "lite" options?
Colin,
I've a feeling others have pre-empted you in the getting this on a wish list.
It's the reason I have not enabled automatic downloads as yet.
