Version Control Repository - Don't want/need Japanese Support Packs.

Is there anyway to 'tell' the repository not to download Japanese only support packs? It takes up space and adds to the GUI of the Version Control Repository.

Chances that some applications or setting was preset for Japanese downloads?
Do a File and Folders Search - only for Containing Text: Japanese - verify what files came up and where they belong too, it might lead to the point
