Virtual Center Permissions needed to connect SIM

What kind of Virtual Center permissions are needed to perform all VMM functions on a ESX cluster from SIM. I have a customer that grants granular permissions to their virtual center and I can't find any documentation that states the exact permissions necessary. Thanks in advance.
