Virtual Machine Information is not avaiable - VM not managed by VMM

I recently upgraded HPSIM5 SP4 to HPSIM5 SP5. I have a problem with VMM. Some VMs show the following when I look at the System Home Page:

Virtual Machine Information is not available - VM not managed by VMM. (see attached word doc)

This message is not for every VM on the ESX server. Some servers give the full information. The OS on every VM is W2K3.

Has anyone seen this message?

hi

You are running HP SIM 5.0 SP5
VMMP : 2.0.2 or earlier ?

When upgrading , did you upgrade HPSIM only or everything including VMMP ?

ESX version ? VMM agent version ?
