Webagent 7.10 problem
When I connect to the devices homepage locally, I do not get all the info as you can see in the attached screenshot. It also takes quite a while before the page shows up. When I choose Insight management agents on the left, a new window opens, but screen stays blank. I tried to uninstall and install the HP support pack again, but no success. All agent services are running. Any idea??

Re: Webagent 7.10 problem
Under SNMP option tab securiy check if you have selected options Accept SNMP traps from those host, if yes enter localhost or 127.0.0.1 in the field.
Second options is select Accept SNMP traps from any host.

Re: Webagent 7.10 problem
It happened after I updated using PSP 7.10 to update all my servers from the Version Control Repository Manager. (I also performed Online updates on these servers at the same time. Don't know which caused this to happen.) When the servers rebooted... dead pages just like you're seeing.
For me, following these four (4) steps solved it:
1) STOP (don't restart) the "HP Version Control Agent" service
2) STOP the "HP Insight Web Agent"
3) START the "HP Insight Web Agent"
4) START the "HP Version Control Agent"
See if that does the trick for you. It did for me. :-)
