Why am I not getting any hardware failure events

I need help troubleshooting , the CPQIDA.MIB is enabled.

The first thing to check are your SNMP settings each server. Make sure that your trap destinations are set to your insight manager. Second, you need to verify the notification settings inside insight manager to forward the traps to e-mail, pager or wherever.
