Writing events to system log

Can I cutomise SIM to write to a different event log other than the windows application log?

Yes. You can do it by creating a automatic event handling task which can write the event details to the system log.

Go to Options-->Events-->Automatic Event Handling-->New Task and start creating a task. In step 4 select "Write to system log" and then proceed.

I did exactly the same thing, but it writes to the application log.

I was thinking any way to write to a custom log other than the application,security,system logs.

I hoping to create like a log for only keep only SIM events.
