2023 - What is the Best System to Install on a ProLiant ML310e Gen8 v2 Server?

Dear friends, good afternoon!

Which OS do I have to install on ProLiant ML310e Gen8 v2 Server?

I basically bought this server recently and I can't install Windows Server 2016 or 2012 at all.
The error that occurs:

The ISO used is the same as the one that Microsoft makes available on their website, but this error always occurs! If you have any specific ISO, if you can share it I would appreciate it.

NOTE: The installation is being performed by the ILO through attached Virtual Disk, as I don't have a DVD of it.

Also, my BIOS version looks like this:

Are there any newer versions for this server that we can update?
The use of the server will be more of a home server for day to day use!

Hi T4H_Consultoria,
           The OS image can be downloaded from Microsoft and purchase the license.  Once it is installed, you can install the drivers by the HPE SUM or by manual download.

Can you tell me where to get this compatible ISO?

My server came with no hard drives, so I don't have any images!

The only image I have is the official one downloaded from Microsoft's website

Here is my answer,

    You can procure the compatible hard disks from HPE. Refer the quickspecs page no. 21 for the hard drive part number.  Please contact the HPE sales team for process.

    Yes, you can use the same official Microsoft image for installation. You can get the drivers from support.hpe.com if required any.

I install Windows Server 2012 and 2016 on all my Proliant servers from G6 to G10 and had no problem with it. The newer servers are better with 2016 because of the RAID drivers.

I think there is something wrong with your Windows image.
