8 port kvm console switch password reset

The Administrator has left our org and we need to reset the console password. I know the factory default is OSCAR, but don't know how to reset. I have try holding down the reset button and powering on the unit but it didn't work. Any ideas????

Lenen,

are you still looking for reset information?

What type of KVM do you have?

If you have a serial port on the back of the kvm, you can connect and reset the KVM back to factory specs, includng password.
