SolutionHi ,
The HPE Base Warranty typically provides coverage for hardware defects and failures, but the level of support and services offered depends on the specific product and warranty terms.
The HPE Base Warranty typically does not include onsite engineer support for hardware replacement. Instead, it generally covers:
- Remote diagnosis and support
- Replacement parts shipped to the customer
- Return-to-depot repair or customer-replaceable parts
It's important to review the specific warranty documentation for your product to confirm the exact coverage and support details. If you're unsure which warranty or support level your HPE product has, I recommend checking your warranty status on HPE Support Center or contact HPE Support directly. Refer this link on how to check warranty.
These upgraded support contracts include onsite technician visits for hardware replacement and troubleshooting.
