BIOS/Hardware Health on HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen8 Server (Health Status: Critical)
For the past few days, the server health status has been shown as "Critical (Failed)" in the ILO interface, specifically under the BIOS/Hardware Health subsystem.
Here are the details: ILO interface:
Accessible System Information → Health Summary: BIOS/Hardware Health: Failed (red status)
IML logs: No direct BIOS error messages, but a recent power loss is reported ("Server power removed").
Please note that the server has never been connected to the internet since 2015. It appears that the BIOS is corrupted, as I get a black screen at boot and cannot access F9.
I need help

Re: BIOS/Hardware Health on HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen8 Server (Health Status: Critical)
ouch yeah that sounds serious just wondering are you still able to get into iLO remotely at least? and does anything show up at all if you try connecting a monitor directly? I’ve seen weird stuff like this after sudden power cuts but not this bad.

Re: BIOS/Hardware Health on HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen8 Server (Health Status: Critical)
Fortunately, I still have remote access through iLO, which is a good sign — the iLO management controller is still working, so the server isn’t completely "dead".
I’ve already replaced the BIOS battery, power supply unit, and the RAM — but unfortunately, without success.
