I have a problem with my HPE Proliant DL 380 g10+ server when starting up, a Configuration required legend appears and my smart Array does not appear in the SSA
What solution could you give me?

You may try Intelligent Provisioning to configure the server.

You most likely have a MR416 controller isn the server. 

The MR416i cannot be configured using SSA. You must cnfigure the controller in System Utilities. 

1. Access System Utilities by pressing F9 during POST
2. From the System Utilities screen, select System Configuration > HPE MR416i-a Gen10+
3. Select Main Menu 
4. Configuration Management > Create Logical Drive
5. Select RAID Level
6. Select Drives > Apply Changes > Ok
7. Name the Logical Drive > Save Configuration 
8. Check the Confirm box > Click on Yes - Ok
