If i Have 10 DIMMS (HPE 32GB (1x32GB) Dual Rank x4 DDR4-2933 CAS-21-21-21 Registered Smart Memory Kit P00924-B21)

Total 320GB 

Which is Best memory population ?

Case 1. Both Cpu populate DIMM 3/5/8/10/12
