CPQ DA Accel Battery Failed

Dear All 

Please help to solve this issue. 

CPQ DA Accel Battery Failed 
CPQ DA Physical Drive Theshold Passed 

HPE DL360 DL360 Gen 10 
HPE DL Gen10 8FF CTO 

There is no alarm in ILO GUI

Kindly reseat the battery and the cable as per the document https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=a00071806en_us&docLocale=en_US

Also make sure to update the server by using latest Service Pack for ProLiant .https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/swd/detail?swItemId=MTX_4b930b72f7e546549ca29d9f7e
