Where is the latest?

This is the EXE I am looking for https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?swItemId=MTX-f9832ea2cc9d444bb81b0c3b4c . This one is old and does not work on Windows Server 2012 R2 / 2016.

 

I need to update a few thousand ilo cards in PROD update DNS settings and reset the ilo
