DL160 GEN10 Ubuntu problems Fan

 I have installed Ubuntu 18.04 HWE  on DL160 GEN10 server, and I don´t know what I missed, but I installed  amsd and if I run the service fans go from 37 to 100% I'm on AHCI mode as the raid controller has no support for Linux systems, if I go to ILO with amsd enabled I can see temperature of the controller about 50 degrees but thresholds for it are N/A, what is happening, what I forgot?
