DL360p G8 How to use gpu

Hello everyone is there an option to power up GPU that needs 6 pin power? I want to use Quadro RTX 4000 for transcoding in Jellyfin VM

Hello,

Upon reviewing the Quick specs and the power options, looks like this model server does not have a additional six power pins and the GPU mentioned is not supported.

Can I get proper voltage and amperage somewhere else on the server board? By using an adapter or smth
