Re: Getting Error Server Critical
Hello ,
Hope this helps.
1. Power drain the server (remove the power cables. Press and hold the power button for 30 secs)
2. Clear NVram
3. Reseat all the components on the server.
4. If the issue persists, perform a minimum configuration by removing all PCI devices and only with 1 proc and 1 DIMM and adding parts one after another
5. If the issue persists, please raise a support ticket with HPE to isolate the faulty hardware.
Also, please find the below advisory addressing this issue: https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docLocale=en_US&docId=a00073571en_us
Thanks.
