How to link support contract to product
We purchased extended warranties for our servers. Servers are showing under My Products. We added extended warranty contracts to our account, so they are showing under My Contracts. However, the contracts are not showing any products listed, and the servers are showing no support attached. How do we link Our Contracts to Our Products?

Re: How to link support contract to product
The links mention exactly what I think I need:
"Run contract and warranty update modifies the association of contracts with devices in a device group. This action is in Manage device groups, in the Actions drop-down list of a device group, if you are an administrator of the device group:
However, since HPE redesigned their portal, the instructions no longer work as there does not seem to be a Manage device groups page, nor any drop downs with actions that can be applied to a group. Can you assist further?

Re: How to link support contract to product
Thank you . I will do so. However this is not a technical support question, but rather an HPE web interface question, so I am not expecting the support team to be able to help me with that. Based on the past experience.

To link your support contract to your product in HPE's system, you can follow these steps:
Log in to the HPE Support Center (https://support.hpe.com).
Click on the "My Contracts" tab.
Locate the contract you want to link to a product and click on its contract number.
In the contract details page, click on the "Add Product" button.
Enter the serial number or product number of the product you want to link to the contract and click on "Add."
The product should now be listed under the "Products" section of the contract details page.
Repeat this process for each product you want to link to the contract. Once you have linked all of your products to the contract, the support status for each product should be updated to reflect the support coverage provided by the contract.
Hope this helps! If you encounter any issues or have further questions, you can contact HPE Support for assistance.

Re: How to link support contract to product
Thank you. Unfortunately there is no button to add Products on the contract details page (and similarly, there is no buttn to add contract on the product details page) that I could find.

Re: How to link support contract to product
Thank you. However, as I mentioned in my original post, we have already added the products and warranties to our account. The problem is that they are not linked to each other - warranties show no products associated with them, and products show no support. Yet serial number warranty lookup shows correct information, so it is a linking issue in the HPE portal.
