HP 0x1x8 G3 KVM - add admin password

I just installed HP 0x1x8 G3 KVM switch, secured it by setting the password for OSD (local), but web interface still works without password.

Default username is Admin and password is blank. How do I add password for Admin user in the web interface? 

I can't find such user in the user list, also I can't find any option to change password.

I have already used that document and it only describes how to set local password, but it's different from web interface password.
