I have an HP DL380 Gen 10 with dual 800 watt power supplies. Recently in the las 2 days the server will not longer power on. The Power On button flashes Green. I've removed the cards and tryed to start the machine and no luck I've als removed the CMOS Battery and re-inserted it still will not start.
What could be my problem and how do I diagnose adn resolve it?
Thanks for any help.

Re: HP DL380 Gen 10 Flashing Green Start Button Will not Power ON
A flashing green light on the power button of an HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen10 server means that the system is performing a power on sequence.
Please refer to HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen10 Server User Guide for more information.
Action:
- Check the Systems Insight Display LEDs
- Check the iLO/BIOS logs
- See the Power-on issues flowchart
- Refer to the server troubleshooting guide
Use iLO to display the Server Health Summary on an external monitor when the server is powered on or off.
Use this feature for troubleshooting when the server will not start up. This feature can also be used to view the server IP address and other health information.Procedure:- Press the UID button on the server.CAUTION: Press and release the UID button. Holding it down at any time for more than 5 seconds initiates a graceful iLO reboot or a hardware iLO reboot. Data loss or NVRAM corruption might occur during a hardware iLO reboot.
The Server Health Summary screen is displayed on the external monitor.
- Press the UID button again to close the Server Health Summary screen.
- Press the UID button on the server.
Others things to check
- Ensure that the power cord is attached
- Ensure that there are power supplies installed
- Ensure that the power supply is not faulty
- Ensure that the power button cable is not disconnected
