Hi,

I dont think there is any drivers for TFT7600 device.

This device should work on its own, no drivers required.

If you are getting any error while using this device, let us know.

Hi. Thank you for the response but our customer reports only getting one resolution, 800x600. They would like to get 1600x1200. Any idea how one would achieve that? The display adapter supports higher resolution, veriifed when connected to another monitor.

What is this TFT connected to?

Is it connected to Blade p-Class or c-Class enclosure or any DL/ML servers.

Need to know the hardware model of the device that this TFT7600 is connected to.

Hi,

The TFT is connected to a server-class Rack mount PC from AIC. PN: PSG-SB-2URGEDP0114. We expected the TFT to be able to support 640 x 480 (VGA) through 1280 x 1024 (SXGA), 1440 x 900 (WXGA+) and 1600 x 900 (WXGA+).

Hi, 

This model supports Max resolution up to 1440X900 (640 x 480 VGA through 1440 x 900 WXGA+) and no drivers required to to use this TFT. 

The TFT will display the resolution from the server and PC you connected to, Check the display drivers on the server/ PC where the TFT connected.

The 800x600 resolution you are getting it from the Display adaptor on PC . Let us know if it is HP Server / PC you are using. To confirm this connect the TFT to other desktop or  laptop which is giving higher resolution..
