Hi,
I configure an HPE proliant DL20 server with a RAM upgrade at 64gb (i.e. 16 GB Udimm X4) but I end up with the same error despite all the precautions and attempts
BIOS reset and update
Rom update
...
The slots are normally good (it goes very well with 8GB x4 and 16GB x3 +8GBX1) by
Against, I have an initialization problem of memories when I place the 16GB X4! It does not pass!
The motherboard is ok. The proc and all the other components are ok
Anyone have an idea?
Thanks to you

SolutionHi @mamez ,
221 - Unknown Initialization Error indicates that the system has experienced a fatal initialization error.
The cause could be that the system encountered an unknown fatal system error during early memory and chipset initialization.
Action:
- Inspect all installed processors and memory modules to verify that they are properly seated.
- Check for any damage or bent pins in the processor and DIMM sockets.
- If the issue persists, open a support case using the Hewlett Packard Enterprise Support Center website.
Refer to page#21 in the document Error Message Guide for HPE ProLiant Gen10 servers and HPE Synergy fore information.
Refer to Troubleshooting Guide for HPE ProLiant Gen10 and Gen10 Plus Servers for DIMM handling guidelines.
