HPE PROLIANT DL380 GEN9 8SFF
Hello all,
I have HPE PROLIANT DL380 GEN9 8SFF the product number and serial are missied and date as well,
i have updated them and updated firmware and restart server many time they apear i turend off server for 10 hours and removed power cables then open it the information are missing again ,
appreciate any help

You may try replacing the CMOS battery on the system board, update the information and check if the issue is resolved.
