HTTP site to download drivers

Is there an HTTP-only site to download drivers? FTP is blocked at my particular site and was hoping there is an HTTP site that would have driver downloads. Thanks! - Jason

Thanks for the link but when I follow it, it takes me to the same FTP site for the actual download.
