SolutionHey DidiSeven,
FYI, IDATE field in the iLO-Key represents the installation date of the iLO Advanced license. It is possible that this information was not recorded when the license was activated, or it may have been lost due to a system error. Unfortunately, it is not possible to set or modify the IDATE field in an iLO-Key. This information is tied to the license activation and cannot be changed after the fact.
However, you can try checking the system logs or contacting HPE support for assistance. They may be able to provide you the information or insights on what you looking far.

Re: IDATE missing in iLO-Key ...
Hello Vinky_99,
ok, at least that's a hint. In this case, I will try to re-activate a trial license and afterwards the real license or re-configure iLO from scratch. No problem, as this is just a restore-server form some backup software.
Thanks for the insight.
I plan to post the results here.
Bye

Re: IDATE missing in iLO-Key ...
I reconfigured iLO4 from scratch using the Windows utility followed by the browser based configuration.
The IDATE parameter was set correctly after entering the license key.
Thanks for the info.
