iLO Amplifier 2.12 unable to remove unreachable server

Hello,

there is a server in our iLO Amplifier which is unreachable and I cannot delete it.

Is there a way to do a force removal? I tried via

- API -> not working (failed)
- CLI -> not working (Message is: [Error]: Delete Server failed)
- WebUI -> by hitting the trashcan -> Window appears with "Delete in progress" but does never finish

How can I get rid of that server?

Thanks and regards

Re: Query: iLO Amplifier 2.12 unable to remove unreachable server

Hello,

of course I have checked all available manuals. The methods provided in the manual are not working as written.

The second link is not helpful at all.

So no this does not solve the problem. The unreachable server still cannot be deleted.

Thanks and Regards

Re: Query: iLO Amplifier 2.12 unable to remove unreachable server

Update:

Obviously is there no way to do a force removal. So the following was done:

via WebUI -> iLO Amplifier Diagnostics -> Factory Reset (Managed Systems Configuration)

you can remove all managed systems from the iLO Amplifier Pack.

Afterwards I reimported all managed systems and servergroups via API calls. This took some time but was finally working.
