If you have no guarantees on the server, you are nobody and nothing, you have no right to anything. Are you a bum?

I need an original disk from my  Server 

I asked to be provided with the Kit of the original disk of my server, I was told that I have no guarantees and they cannot provide it because Microsoft also forbade issuing obsolete disks to the Windows Server SBS stb ROK 2011 1-4CPU 6CAL
