PROLIANT DL380 G9 ILo settings repopulate after factory reset

I did a factory reset on a DL380 G9 bios, ilo 4 and reset everyting as well through the provisioning and the ILo invormation keeps repopulating. I also went into the iLo webui and manually deleted Oneview.  After reboot, Admin, Security, Licensing and SSL cert and even host name repopulate.

Re: PROLIANT DL380 G9 ILo settings repopulate after factory reset

Hello,

Did you factory reset the iLO or just the BIOS? There is no "backup" of the iLO configuration that would be reapplied once it has been factory reset. Performing the following should clear out anything on the iLO:

F9 during POST -> BIOS/RBSU -> iLO 4 Config utility -> Set to factory defaults

Regards
