Hi I have a HPE 6000 UPS with the Q1C17A management interface in it.
1) I can SSH to the interface, but I can't access the web interface.
2) I know the username & password
3) Whenever I press the reboot button I get kicked off the micro USB port and it won't allow me to press any key for the service menu
4) I can't find commands on the terrible CLI to check for running services and / or start web services.
Can someone please assist me with this?
Thanks

Re: Q1C17A web interface
Hi,
Did you encounter any Error messages or error codes on this UPS?
Are you using HPE Power Protector software?
There are some FW updates available for this model, check and update if necessary.
