Re: redfishtool to change BIOS setting
"WorkloadProfile" should be listed under "Attributes'", and you should PATCH bios/settings
Try it these arguments:
-d '{"Attributes": {"WorkloadProfile": "Virtualization-MaxPerformance"}}' /redfish/v1/systems/1/bios/settings

Re: redfishtool to change BIOS setting
Hi @GP-TIL
1. The /Bios resource is read-only — Redfish only allows GET on it, so a PATCH there gives 405 Method Not Allowed.
2. Modifications must be sent to the BIOS Settings resource, not the top-level BIOS summary.
You should PATCH the /redfish/v1/Systems/1/Bios/Settings URI and wrap the attribute you want to change under "Attributes"
redfishtool -r x.x.x.x -u admin -p ****** raw PATCH \
-d '{"Attributes": {"WorkloadProfile": "Virtualization-MaxPerformance"}}' \
"/redfish/v1/Systems/1/Bios/Settings"
Please take a look at the document, you might find it useful: https://servermanagementportal.ext.hpe.com/docs/redfishservices/ilos/supplementdocuments/biosdoc
