Require Password Reset for HP IP KVM AF621A

Hi, I require a password reset for the HP IP KVM Console Gen 2 Model AF621A.

It states to contact support with the below and they'll issue me a new once time password. I've tried calling support, multiple departments were unable to assist as my S/N wasn't found on their system.

To initiate the password reset procedure, it is essential to open a support case. 

Please provide them the serial number located on the physical KVM device or any relevant information regarding the serial number that may be available in your records.
