server heath testing

We have raised server warrenty extention request via "Iris Global Services Pvt Ltd" and we can to know that sake is only possible once the "server heath testing" is done .

Iris team has already raised a request since 3 weeks by now  and HP is not responding , we have raised it to **removed** ,
But i think HP team is too busy in responding ,

Please share escaltion matrix for the same.
