Troubleshooting Network Connectivity Issues on HPE ProLiant DL360p G8

I'm currently facing network connectivity issues with my HPE ProLiant DL360p Gen8 server, and I'm reaching out to this knowledgeable community for assistance.

Hello,

  • Check if the network cable is properly seated in the NIC.
  • If so, then connect a known working cable.
  • If the cable is good, then connect the cable to a known working port on the switch/hub/router.
  • If these are known to work, then check the IP addressing for the NIC. If static IP addressing used, then check if it is configured as per the information obtained from network administrator. If IP address is obtained from DHCP server, then release and renew IP address.
