server power off
I have two server, HP Proliant DL380 gen10 and HP Proliant ML350
At my Office at 22 Mar 2025 has eletronic shutdown, at 6 am until 3 pm, Server already shutdown with schedule at 5am, after electricity normal at 3 pm, I try to ON server,
HP Proliant ML350 Gen9, Bios Version p92 v1.50 (20/07/2015), Serial Number **confidential info erased**, with 2 SAS 300GB raid 1 normal operated
HP Proliant DL380 gen10 error
The error on the monitor screen is as follows:
CLOCK NOT SET Server Critical Fault (Service Information: Power on Fault, System Board, AUX / Main EFUSE (10h))
The first alternative, I fixed it myself, according to the instructions in the HP Support Team, the things that have been done are as follows
1. Unplug - Install Power Supply
2. Unplug - Install RAM Memory
3. Unplug - Install Processor
4. Replace CMOS Battery
5. Reset NVRAM (clearing system loading files)
6. Checking the Power Supply, normal can use at another server
