SPPs

Hello,

I wanted to know on what date the last spp for the gen9 was released. Then, I read that from gen10 the contract is no longer necessary to download the SPPs. I have seen that gen9 SPPs can also be downloaded without a contract. Can anyone explain to me why?

For the combined Gen9/Gen10 you still need a contract, for Gen10 only ypu don't need it.
